Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of confirmed delivery.
Opened or used grooming oils are not eligible for return or refund except where required by law or if the product arrives damaged or defective.
Approved exchanges will be for merchandise of equal value. Customers should contact CALI Barber LLC before returning any product to receive instructions.
Unless the return is due to an error by CALI Barber LLC or a verified damaged item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
